MALINNA° currently has 3 nutritional supplements on the market: Elixir Mint , Elixir Vanilla and Bitter . Just like the elixirs themselves, the quality of the water with which we dilute them plays a very important role in caring for the proper functioning of our body.
What water should I dilute MALINNA° with?
All 3 products are intended to be diluted or at least drunk with water. However, not all water is the same. To dilute MALINNA° elixirs, it is important to use soft water, with the lowest possible amount of minerals (and other compounds). Unfortunately, obtaining such water is not an easy task at all. It is difficult to determine a general rule, since each of you has a different quality of water in your tap. However, the decisive factor may be whether the water remains clear or becomes cloudy after dilution with elixirs. Drinking a cloudy elixir is not completely useless, but its effect can be greatly affected by the quality of the water.
Why is water quality so important?
Our body is more than 2/3 composed of water. The water in our body is in the so-called gel form. It is in this form due to the content of proteins and minerals. When their balance is disturbed, the water in the cells loses this structure and the cells are damaged. We pay too little attention to how significant a share this component represents in our organism. Water is a carrier of information and, according to many observations, it can reflect our attitude towards it. Therefore, it is certainly important with what attitude we approach water.
How to get quality water?
Ayurvedic medicine considers water that passes through the water pipe and we drink it straight away to be harmful. You can find an excellent summary of water from this point of view in one of the videos of the yogi Sadhguru. The water should be poured into a glass container, left to stand overnight (this will get rid of chlorine, for example). It is ideal to leave it exposed to candlelight. We can drink the water prepared in this way the next day. Water (not food or anything we consume) should not have a temperature more than 5°C lower or higher than our body temperature. Another interesting finding is the way we approach water and what it is exposed to before consumption. Japanese photographer Emoto Masaru photographed water crystals after leaving water in containers with various inscriptions or exposing it to microwave radiation or classical music. The most beautiful crystal was created by water with inscriptions of gratitude and love. With negative emotions, it grouped into amorphous irregular shapes. (The point of the book was that we format the water in our own bodies with our emotions).
Filter jugs and reverse osmosis.
There are countless of them on the market. I decided to get myself a reverse osmosis system, which purifies water not only from mineral deposits, but also from hormones, microplastics and bacteria. In a week, we can ingest up to 5g of microplastics in water and food (watch an interesting interview on this topic with Professor Alexy, who is dedicated to the development of biodegradable material with the properties of plastic). It is known that water can also contain dangerous pathogenic bacteria and, most recently, antibiotics and hormones, which can, among other things, adversely affect male fertility. Well, the statistics are not encouraging. If you decide to make such an investment, make sure that the osmosis does not contain a mineralization filter that re-enriches the water with minerals. Your source of minerals should be structured water, which is found in fruits, vegetables, nuts or seeds. If you use MALINNA° elixirs, they contain, among other nutrients, absorbable minerals of organic origin (especially Elixir Vanilla ). This is a very important factor. Not only do such minerals not settle in the blood vessels and the body can eliminate any excess, but the body recognizes minerals of organic origin and can manage them very well. It is also important to maintain and regularly change the filters according to the manufacturer's recommendations!
Is it appropriate to drink mineral water as a source of minerals?
Mineral waters are excellent for baths. In this case, our body absorbs minerals through the skin. However, drinking mineral waters is questionable. Mineral clusters can settle in the body and form stones in the urinary tract, and their excess can clog and narrow the blood vessels. Synthetic mineral nutritional supplements can have a similar effect. Therefore, they are definitely not suitable for drinking for a long time as the main source of fluids in the body. They are completely unsuitable for diluting MALINNA° elixirs.
Which bottled water is suitable?
I would like to say that it is absurd to drink bottled water. First of all, I cannot imagine the amount of plastic that we produce by drinking every day. Furthermore, we cannot know whether the water in the plastic did not stand during transportation or storage in the sun (then toxic substances are released from the plastic into the water, which seriously threaten our health). Also, be careful when drinking water from containers until you are sure how the large plastic container is cleaned and whether it is not just a breeding ground for bacteria. We also do not recommend carrying water in plastic bottles and repeatedly drawing water from them. Prefer glass bottles that you will wash regularly with an organic cleaner. If you have no other option, look at the label of bottled table water (not mineral) and choose the one with the lowest amount of minerals. We tried white Royal Water and Toma table, which were acceptable from this point of view.
Finally.
The purpose of this article is to draw attention to the importance of water and its quality. We still have a relatively high-quality source right in our homes, which is rather a rarity in the world. Let's be grateful for it, let's not waste water and, above all, let's protect the environment by eliminating the consumption of beef (preserving 1 KG of beef requires the consumption of 15,415 L of drinking water, not to mention the antibiotics added to animal feed), reducing meat consumption overall, eliminating toxic chemicals from the household, eliminating the use of hormonal contraception, eliminating the consumption of plastics and adhering to an ecological and minimalist, non-consumptive way of life.
