And it is for these decisions that our MALINNA loyalty program rewards you. You collect points and exchange them for discounts, benefits and products. We reward you for every purchase, whether you shop often or only occasionally. For us, loyalty means a long-term relationship that makes sense.
How it works in a nutshell
- €1 = 1 point
- You exchange points for discounts or selected products
- Discounts, coupons and free shipping cannot be combined.
- Points are valid for 12 months.
- Coupons are valid for 1 month from creation.
How to collect points
- Log in to your account
- For every purchase you earn points equal to the value of your purchase excluding shipping.
- Buying a gift card = you earn points
- When using a gift card = points only on the amount paid
- Points will be credited after payment of the order and you will see them in your account.
How to use points
- Shop while logged into your account.
- You can exchange points for discounts or products by clicking on the orange "Klub" icon.
- Only one loyalty reward can be used per order.
- Coupons cannot be combined with each other or with other discounts.
- A reward order must contain at least two products.
Points validity
- Points are valid for 12 months from your last activity, you can keep extending the validity of your points by making purchases.
- Redeemed coupons are valid for 1 month from creation.
Loyalty program in MALINNA store
- At the MALINNA° Store in Bratislava, we award you points for your purchase directly at the checkout, based on your email address.
- We will redeem your points for discounts and products.
Are you shopping in CZK?
Don't worry, your order will always be converted fairly into euros at the exchange rate stated on the invoice. So you receive points based on the actual value of your purchase in euros.
Original members of the MALINNA club
Original MALINNA Club members who received a 30% discount under the original system (active until 31. 7.) will continue their membership until its expiration. This original club cannot be combined with the new loyalty program. However, they can collect points during their membership, which they will be able to redeem only after the expiration of their original club membership. Only one coupon can be used per order.
