Collect points and exchange them for discounts, benefits, and products. We reward you for every purchase, whether you shop often or only occasionally. For us, loyalty means a long-term relationship that makes sense.
How it works – in short
- €1 = 1 point (only after registration)
- Points can be exchanged for discounts or selected products
- Maximum discount is 20%
- Discounts, coupons, and free shipping cannot be combined
- Points are valid for 12 months
- Coupons are valid for 1 month from creation
How to collect points
- For every purchase (after discounts and excluding shipping)
- Buying a gift card = you earn points
- Paying with a gift card = points only from the paid amount
- Points are added once the order is paid and can be seen in your account
How to use points
- Exchange for a discount coupon (10% or 20%)
- Exchange for a selected free product (offer may change)
- Coupons cannot be combined with other discounts or sale items
Shopping in CZK?
No worries – your order is always fairly converted into euros according to the exchange rate stated on your invoice. Points are calculated based on the actual value of your purchase in euros.
Loyalty program also in store
In MALINNA° Store Bratislava, points are added directly at the checkout based on your registered email address. Coupons can be instantly redeemed and applied.At the Charaktery Design Store pick-up point in Prague, points cannot be collected or redeemed. Orders must be placed through the e-shop.
Points validity
- Points are valid for 12 months – if you earn or use them, the validity is extended
- If you are inactive for a year, your points will expire
- Coupons are valid for 1 month from creation
Pôvodní členovia MALINNA klubu
Pôvodní členovia MALINNA Klubu, ktorí získali 30 % zľavu v rámci pôvodného systému (aktívneho do 31. 7.), pokračujú vo svojom členstve až do jeho vypršania. Tento pôvodný klub sa nedá kombinovať s novým vernostným programom. Počas trvania svojho členstva však môžu zbierať body, ktoré si budú môcť uplatniť až po skončení platnosti ich pôvodného klubového členstva. V rámci jednej objednávky je možné použiť len jeden kupón.
