All ingredients in MALINNA° products are 100% of natural origin. Their pure composition means that they may sometimes behave differently than we are used to with conventional cosmetics and nutritional supplements.
They tend to react to temperature changes that can occur with improper storage or when transported during the winter months.
Liquid products love heat.
Especially in winter. That is why we recommend storing them in a warm place. All liquid MALINNA° products, including elixirs, are particularly sensitive to cold. This can cause their consistency to change, resulting in clumps and precipitates.
If you find the elixir in this condition, immerse it in hot water (90°C) for 20 minutes, shake the bottle well and the clumps will dissolve. The quality of the product remains unchanged.
Creams prefer cold.
Cold is a preservative, so if you are not using the cream for a long time, store it in the refrigerator.
If the cream is stored at a higher temperature, the individual components may separate. This change does not affect the quality of the cream. You can easily return the cream to its original state by mixing it thoroughly with a wooden stick or toothpick and storing it in the refrigerator.
The interesting thing is ..
..that the thinner our products are, the more concentrated they are. If we want to achieve a thicker consistency of shampoo or better foaming of Cleansing Foam , we add distilled water to them.
