Courier delivery in Slovakia, Czech Republic, and EU countries

Slovakia and Czech Republic: delivery across Slovakia and the Czech Republic via courier within 3 business days after your order has been processed (you will receive an e-mail notification). Orders are usually processed within 24 h of receipt, then dispatched and delivered within 2–3 business days. During promotions or holidays, delivery times may be longer. You will be informed about the delivery time by the courier service. Delivery costs: 4.90 EUR by courier, 5.50 EUR incl. VAT to a Packeta pick-up point in SK and CZ.

EU countries (including the United Kingdom): delivered by partner courier services. Shipping cost is calculated based on the weight of the parcel and the destination country. The final shipping cost is displayed in your shopping cart before payment.

Other countries: if you cannot find your desired country in the shipping options, please contact us and we will arrange delivery individually.

Pick-up via Packeta in Slovakia and Czech Republic

You can have your order delivered to a Packeta pick-up point of your choice. Orders are dispatched within 24 h of receipt and delivered to the pick-up point within 3 days after dispatch. During promotions or holidays, delivery times may be longer. You will be informed by Packeta once your order is ready for collection. The delivery cost via Packeta is 5.50 EUR incl. VAT.
