Use

MALINNA° Elixir Mint is a nutritional supplement suitable for long-term use (2-3 months without a break). It can also be used continuously. Long-term use helps the immune system function properly, helps regulate blood pressure and maintain normal blood sugar levels.

Dilute 1 full pipette (approx. 4 ml) in 200 ml of soft, non-chlorinated water.
Recommended dose: 1–3 times daily.
Can be taken alone or combined with other MALINNA° elixirs such as Vanilla or Bitter.

How to properly dose elixirs?

The recommended daily dose for an adult is 2 full pipettes per day – it is approximately 2 x 2 ml. In case of increased strain on body and mind (illness, stress, convalescence), the dosage can be increased to 3–5 doses per day for a short time. We always recommend observing the body's reactions and adjusting the dosage individually.

How long will one pack of elixir last?

With a normal dosage (1 full pipette 2 times a day) the 100 ml pack lasts approximately 25 days. During periods of increased use, this period is shortened proportionally.

How to dose elixirs when I start using them?

For elixirs, we recommend starting with small doses – just a few drops in water once a day. If your body responds well, you can gradually (after 1–2 weeks) increase the dose to 1 full pipette per day and later to the recommended 2 doses per day. It is important to listen to your body and take it slowly. We recommend starting with Elixir Mint, for at least 2–4 weeks on its own, then adding Vanilla. Later, you can also include Bitter or Rosemary, as needed.
