Composition

Water (Aqua), Pumpkin Seed Oil (Cucurbita Pepo Seed Oil), Argan Oil (Argania Spinosa Kernel Oil), Milk Thistle Oil (Silybum Marianum Seed Oil), Avocado Oil (Persea Gratissima Oil), Sesame Oil (Sesamum Indicum Seed Oil), Brazil Nut Extract (Bertholletia Excelsa Seed Oil), Vanilla Extract (Vanilla Planifolia Extract).
It does not contain gluten, heavy metals, synthetic dyes, preservatives or sweeteners.

Use

Dilute 1 full pipette (approx. 4 ml) in 200 ml of soft, non-chlorinated water.
Recommended dose: 1–3 times a day, ideally between meals.
You can drink the elixir alone or in combination with other MALINNA° elixirs, such as Mint or Bitter.

Storage

Store out of reach of children, in a dry place at 20–30°C.

FAQ

How to use elixirs correctly?

1 dose = 1 full pipette = approximately 2 ml. We recommend taking 2 doses per day, ideally on an empty stomach, in 2 dcl of soft, filtered water. There should be at least 10 minutes interval between taking the elixir and eating food or drinking acidic drinks. You can read more about the elixirs in our blog.

How long can I take elixirs?

Mint and Vanilla are suitable for a long-term use. During periods of increased strain on the body and mind (illness, stress, seasonal swings) you can include Bitter or Rosemary for 1–3 months. If you are unsure, please contact us by email or phone.

How to dose elixirs when I start using them?

For elixirs, we recommend starting with small doses – just a few drops in water once a day. If your body responds well, you can gradually (after 1–2 weeks) increase the dose to 1 full pipette per day and later to the recommended 2 doses per day. It is important to listen to your body and take it slowly. We recommend starting with Elixir Mint, for at least 2–4 weeks on its own, then adding Vanilla. Later, you can also include Bitter or Rosemary, as needed.

Can I combine multiple products at once?

Yes – Malinna° products are fully compatible with each other and are multifunctional. You can combine them according to your body's needs or current skin condition. For elixirs, we recommend starting with our Elixir Mint, at least 2–4 weeks alone, then add Vanilla. Later, you can also include Bitter or Rosemary, as needed.

I just want to try something – what do you recommend?
