MALINNA° Bitter is a nutritional supplement suitable for long-term use (2-3 months without a break). It can also be used continuously. Long-term use helps the immune system function properly.

Recommended dosage: Prepare one dose by diluting 4 ml of elixir (a small teaspoon) and 200 ml of soft, chlorine-free water. Due to its characteristic bitter taste, it can be diluted in a small amount of water and then drunk with a glass of water, ideally at body temperature or slightly warmer. The diluted concentrate is best drunk before going to bed, about 2 hours after a meal, or on an empty stomach immediately after waking up. It can be combined with other MALINNA° Elixirs in one drink. During periods of increased stress or infectious disease, you can increase the dose for a short time (up to 7 days) to 3-5 times a day. Children from 3 years of age can take 2 ml of concentrate daily diluted in 100 ml of water (or herbal tea with honey).
