Apply a small amount of gel to a damp toothbrush, brush your teeth and then rinse.

Store at a temperature of 10°C or above. At lower temperatures, the product may solidify and form precipitates. The original state of the product can be achieved by heating it up in warm water (50° or more) and then shaking it well.
