It does not contain gluten, heavy metals, synthetic dyes, preservatives or sweeteners.

Use

Drop into a glass of soft, non-chlorinated water.
Usual dose: 1 full pipette (approx. 4 ml) per 200 ml of water, 1–3 times a day.
Elixirs can be combined – for example, Vanilla and Bitter together in one glass.
Long-term use is recommended as part of daily care for the microbiome, immunity and regeneration of the body.

Storage

Keep out of reach of children. Protect from frost, cold and direct sunlight. Store in a dry place at a temperature of 20–30 °C. Always keep the container tightly closed. Use within 3 months after opening.
Liquid MALINNA° products are sensitive to cold - this can cause a change in consistency or the formation of clumps. If this happens, place the bottle in hot water (approx. 90 °C) for 20 minutes and shake. The consistency will be restored, the quality of the product remains unchanged.

How to combine individual elixirs?

The combination of Mint + Vanilla are the basis which can be used separately or drunk together in one glass (1/2 pipette of each).

How long can I take elixirs?

Mint and Vanilla are suitable for a long-term use. During periods of increased strain on the body and mind (illness, stress, seasonal swings) you can include Bitter or Rosemary for 1–3 months. If you are unsure, please contact us by email or phone.

How to dose elixirs when I start using them?

For elixirs, we recommend starting with small doses – just a few drops in water once a day. If your body responds well, you can gradually (after 1–2 weeks) increase the dose to 1 full pipette per day and later to the recommended 2 doses per day. It is important to listen to your body and take it slowly. We recommend starting with Elixir Mint, for at least 2–4 weeks on its own, then adding Vanilla. Later, you can also include Bitter or Rosemary, as needed.

What is the difference between the individual elixirs?

Mint – a gentle start for the body, supporting digestion, energy and microbiome. Suitable for long-term use.
Vanilla – nutrition, vitamins and minerals, harmonization of the body and skin. Also suitable for long-term use.
Bitter – a powerful antioxidant with a high content of vitamin C from Chinese hawthorn; supporting immunity and protection during periods of illness.
Rosemary – the strongest elixir in terms of concentration, suitable for increased stress, fatigue or for regeneration after physical or mental strain.

Each elixir can be combined with one another, but when starting use, we recommend adding them gradually and starting with Elixir Mint.
