Neobsahujú glutén, ťažké kovy, syntetické farbivá, konzervačné látky ani sladidlá.

Use

Rozrieďte 1 plnú pipetu (cca 4 ml) elixíru do 200 ml mäkkej, nechlórovanej vody.
Elixíry môžete piť samostatne alebo kombinovať v jednom pohári podľa potreby.

Odporúčaný denný rituál:
Ráno – Elixir Mint pre sviežosť, aktiváciu a podporu mikrobiómu.
Počas dňa – Elixir Bitter pre podporu imunity, trávenia a prirodzenej očisty.
Večer – Elixir Vanilla pre regeneráciu a bunkovú výživu počas odpočinku.

Elixíry môžete kombinovať aj v jednom nápoji napr. Mint + Vanilla alebo Bitter + Vanilla).

Can I drink elixirs after/during meals?

We recommend taking elixirs on an empty stomach, when they are best absorbed.

Can I combine elixirs in one glass?

Yes – for example ½ pipette Mint and ½ pipette Vanilla together in one glass of water represent a normal daily dose.

How long will one pack of elixir last?

With a normal dosage (1 full pipette 2 times a day) the 100 ml pack lasts approximately 25 days. During periods of increased use, this period is shortened proportionally.

How to properly dose elixirs?

The recommended daily dose for an adult is 2 full pipettes per day – it is approximately 2 x 2 ml. In case of increased strain on body and mind (illness, stress, convalescence), the dosage can be increased to 3–5 doses per day for a short time. We always recommend observing the body's reactions and adjusting the dosage individually.

How to use elixirs correctly?

1 dose = 1 full pipette = approximately 2 ml. We recommend taking 2 doses per day, ideally on an empty stomach, in 2 dcl of soft, filtered water. There should be at least 10 minutes interval between taking the elixir and eating food or drinking acidic drinks. You can read more about the elixirs in our blog.

How fast can I expect their effect?

The effect is individual. In a healthy body, the products mainly have a preventive effect – changes can be subtle (more energy, better sleep, lower morbidity). Results are usually visible after 1 – 3 months.

With cosmetics, the results are visible immediately – the skin is hydrated, soft and unified. With long-term use, it becomes healthier and more resilient.
