MALINNA° Bitter is a new generation liquid nutritional supplement, created from organic oils and herbal extracts using a proprietary microfragmentation method that converts the oils into a water-soluble form. Thanks to this fact, the ingredients are quickly absorbed and bioavailable already in the oral mucosa.

The product is based on oils rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals, with an addition of Chinese hawthorn extract – a natural source of organic vitamin C, which comes from organic farming in the Czech Republic.

"Bitter" has a distinctly bitter taste, which comes from functional plant ingredients such as cloves, cinnamon and stevia, which are used in natural traditions to support digestion and microbial balance.

Use

MALINNA° Bitter is a nutritional supplement suitable for long-term use (2-3 months without a break). It can also be used continuously. Long-term use helps the immune system function properly.

It is suitable for pregnant and lactating women.

Recommended dosage: Prepare one dose by diluting 4 ml of elixir (a small teaspoon) and 200 ml of soft, chlorine-free water. Due to its characteristic bitter taste, it can be diluted in a small amount of water and then drunk with a glass of water, ideally at body temperature or slightly warmer. The diluted concentrate is best drunk before going to bed, about 2 hours after a meal, or on an empty stomach immediately after waking up. It can be combined with other MALINNA° Elixirs in one drink. During periods of increased stress or infectious disease, you can increase the dose for a short time (up to 7 days) to 3-5 times a day. Children from 3 years of age can take 2 ml of the concentrate daily diluted in 100 ml of water (or herbal tea with honey).

Storage

Keep out of reach of children. Protect from frost, cold and direct sunlight. Store in a dry place at a temperature of 20°C to 30°C. Keep container tightly closed. Use within 3 months after opening.

All liquid MALINNA° products are sensitive to cold. This can cause their consistency to change, resulting in clumps and precipitates forming.

If you find the elixir in this condition, immerse it in hot water (90°C) for 20 minutes, shake the bottle thoroughly and the clumps will dissolve. The quality of the product remains unchanged.

What are Malinna° elixirs?

Elixirs are biologically active nutritional concentrates – processed in a unique way, thanks to which oils and herbal extracts become water-soluble and highly absorbable by the human body. They contain exclusively edible ingredients: organic oils, herbal extracts and sea salt. After mixing with water, an antioxidant drink is prepared from the elixirs. Elixirs act from the inside – supporting regeneration, balance, anti-inflammatory processes and overall health. They do not contain any synthetic substances, preservatives or alcohol.

What is the difference between the individual elixirs?

Mint – a gentle start for the body, supporting digestion, energy and microbiome. Suitable for long-term use.
Vanilla – nutrition, vitamins and minerals, harmonization of the body and skin. Also suitable for long-term use.
Bitter – a powerful antioxidant with a high content of vitamin C from Chinese hawthorn; supporting immunity and protection during periods of illness.
Rosemary – the strongest elixir in terms of concentration, suitable for increased stress, fatigue or for regeneration after physical or mental strain.

Each elixir can be combined with one another, but when starting use, we recommend adding them gradually and starting with Elixir Mint.

How to dose elixirs when I start using them?

For elixirs, we recommend starting with small doses – just a few drops in water once a day. If your body responds well, you can gradually (after 1–2 weeks) increase the dose to 1 full pipette per day and later to the recommended 2 doses per day. It is important to listen to your body and take it slowly. We recommend starting with Elixir Mint, for at least 2–4 weeks on its own, then adding Vanilla. Later, you can also include Bitter or Rosemary, as needed.

How long can I take elixirs?

Mint and Vanilla are suitable for a long-term use. During periods of increased strain on the body and mind (illness, stress, seasonal swings) you can include Bitter or Rosemary for 1–3 months. If you are unsure, please contact us by email or phone.

How to combine individual elixirs?

The combination of Mint + Vanilla are the basis which can be used separately or drunk together in one glass (1/2 pipette of each).

How to use elixirs correctly?

1 dose = 1 full pipette = approximately 2 ml. We recommend taking 2 doses per day, ideally on an empty stomach, in 2 dcl of soft, filtered water. There should be at least 10 minutes interval between taking the elixir and eating food or drinking acidic drinks. You can read more about the elixirs in our blog.

How to properly dose elixirs?

The recommended daily dose for an adult is 2 full pipettes per day – it is approximately 2 x 2 ml. In case of increased strain on body and mind (illness, stress, convalescence), the dosage can be increased to 3–5 doses per day for a short time. We always recommend observing the body's reactions and adjusting the dosage individually.

How long will one pack of elixir last?

With a normal dosage (1 full pipette 2 times a day) the 100 ml pack lasts approximately 25 days. During periods of increased use, this period is shortened proportionally.

What is one full pipette?

A full pipette represents the entire volume of the dosing pipette,which is approximately 2 ml. For a thicker elixir, it may be necessary to fill the pipette for 1 dose even 2–3 times to reach full volume.

Can I drink elixirs after/during meals?

We recommend taking elixirs on an empty stomach, when they are best absorbed.

Can I drink elixirs in a beverage other than water?

You can add them to non-acidic herbal tea – for example, camomile or linden. The temperature does not harm the elixirs. We do not recommend combining elixirs immediately with acidic drinks and leave an interval of at least 10 minutes between the two.

Can I combine elixirs in one glass?

Yes – for example ½ pipette Mint and ½ pipette Vanilla together in one glass of water represent a normal daily dose.

Can I use elixirs for a long time without a break?

Yes, especially Elixir Mint and Elixir Vanilla are suitable for long-term use without breaks. Elixirs such as Bitter and Rosemary are recommended to be used more in treatments - for example during more demanding periods. If you are not sure, feel free to write to us or call us.

Do I have to store elixirs in the refrigerator after opening?

No, just store them at room temperature out of direct sunlight.

What if I feel a slight stinging sensation when applying the product? Or if I have a reaction to the elixir?

Our products are alive, highly active and made from pure, concentrated ingredients. Cleaning or immunostimulating effects may occur: slight tingling, skin rash, dry patches, short-term deterioration of the skin condition. The solution is to reduce the dosage, use milder versions of the products or contact us. The body shall gradually adapt and the skin shall strengthen.
